01 Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Bancoresy Innovation Inc collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with Bancoresy ERP, our SaaS-based digital operations platform for Amazon sellers, vendors, advertisers, brands, and cross-border e-commerce teams.
Our platform integrates with Amazon services, including Amazon Ads API and Amazon Selling Partner API, only after explicit authorization from the authorized account owner. We use Amazon data solely to provide approved business, reporting, advertising analytics, and operational features for the authorized account.

04 How We Use Amazon Ads Data
Amazon Ads data is used only to deliver platform features requested by the authorized advertiser, seller, vendor, brand, or account owner. Depending on the approved permissions and enabled features, Bancoresy ERP may use authorized Amazon Ads data for:
Generating campaign, ad group, keyword, target, product ad, budget, spend, traffic, and performance reports.
Measuring impressions, clicks, conversions, sales contribution, ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and product-level trends.
Helping customers understand campaign structure, keyword performance, targeting effectiveness, and budget usage.
Combining authorized advertising data with orders, inventory, procurement cost, logistics cost, and profitability data.
We do not sell Amazon Ads data, do not use it for unrelated audience building, and do not share it with unrelated third parties for independent marketing purposes.
05 How We Use Operational and SP-API Data
Where customers authorize operational integrations, data may be used for approved product operations, order workflows, inventory management, fulfillment, finance, tax, analytics, and compliance-related business features.
- Product & Pricing Operations: product data, catalog context, pricing review, and controlled update workflows.
- Fulfillment & Order Workflows: order synchronization, inventory tracking, shipment records, and fulfillment status views.
- Finance, Tax & Reporting: financial views, business reports, tax-related records, and reconciliation support.
- Analytics & Business Insights: operational dashboards, account performance analysis, and business decision support.
06 Authorization, Revocation, and Account Control
Bancoresy ERP accesses Amazon data only after the customer grants authorization through Amazon Login, OAuth 2.0, or other approved Amazon authorization mechanisms.
Customers may revoke authorization through Amazon account settings or request account disconnection by contacting IT@bancoresy.com. Once authorization is revoked or the account is disconnected, Bancoresy ERP will stop retrieving new data from the disconnected account.
07 Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, broker, or trade Amazon data, Amazon Ads data, customer business data, or personal information to third parties.
Information may be disclosed only in limited circumstances:
- To provide services requested by the authorized account owner;
- To trusted infrastructure or service providers acting on our instructions and subject to confidentiality and security controls;
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, platform requirement, or enforceable governmental request;
- To protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of our platform and systems.
08 Security Safeguards
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Amazon data and other information processed by our platform.
- Encryption in Transit: Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS using TLS.
- Access Control: Access is restricted to authorized personnel based on business need and least-privilege principles.
- Monitoring & Logging: Security events, access activities, and suspicious behavior are logged and monitored.
- Credential Protection: OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are handled through restricted access and security controls.
- Review & Response: Security alerts are reviewed, investigated, and remediated through operational procedures.
09 Data Retention and Secure Deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary to support authorized workflows, meet contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, maintain security records, and provide customer reporting history where applicable.

- Standard operational records: retained as needed to provide reporting history and business workflows.
- Standard logs: retained for at least 3 years, unless a longer retention period is required by law, contractual obligations, platform policies, or security requirements.
- Critical security logs: retained for at least 5 years for security investigation, audit, incident response, and compliance purposes, unless a longer retention period is required.
- Deletion requests: reviewed and processed according to applicable laws, contractual obligations, platform policies, and technical requirements.
10 Monitoring, Incident Handling, and Compliance
We monitor for suspicious activities and investigate security-relevant events through logging and monitoring processes. When a confirmed security incident affects Amazon data, we follow internal response procedures for containment, investigation, remediation, and notification in accordance with applicable contractual, legal, and security obligations.
11 Your Rights and Requests
Where applicable by law, customers and individuals may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of information that we process. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable legal, contractual, platform, and operational requirements.
