Bancoresy ERP requests Amazon Ads API access to provide authorized customers with advertising reporting, campaign analysis, performance measurement, and ERP-connected business insights.
How does Amazon Ads authorization work?
Customers connect an Amazon Ads account through Amazon Login and OAuth 2.0 authorization. Bancoresy ERP accesses Amazon Ads data only after the customer or authorized account owner grants consent.
What Amazon Ads data may Bancoresy ERP process?
Depending on customer authorization and available API permissions, Bancoresy ERP may process advertising profiles, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, product ads, budgets, reports, impressions, clicks, spend, attributed sales, conversions, ACOS, ROAS, and other advertising performance metrics.
How is Amazon Ads data used?
Authorized Amazon Ads data is used for advertising reporting, performance measurement, campaign analytics, ERP-connected business insights, product-level analysis, and internal business reporting for authorized customers.
Can a customer revoke Amazon Ads access?
Yes. Customers can revoke authorization through Amazon account settings or request account disconnection by contacting IT@bancoresy.com. After revocation or disconnection, Bancoresy ERP stops retrieving new data from the disconnected account.
Can a customer request deletion of data?
Yes. Customers may request data deletion by emailing IT@bancoresy.com. We review and process requests according to applicable laws, contractual obligations, platform requirements, security requirements, and technical limitations.
Does Bancoresy ERP sell Amazon Ads data?
No. Bancoresy ERP does not sell Amazon Ads data, customer advertising data, or customer business data. We do not share customer advertising data with unrelated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

04 Amazon Ads Account Disconnection
Customers may disconnect an Amazon Ads account from Bancoresy ERP by revoking authorization through Amazon account settings or by contacting IT@bancoresy.com.
Once authorization is revoked or the account is disconnected, Bancoresy ERP will stop retrieving new Amazon Ads data from that account. Previously processed data may be retained only as necessary for authorized reporting history, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or customer business records, unless deletion is requested and legally permitted.
